Our Tree House Cottage is an extremely comfortable year-round home, which sleeps in the summer up to 8 people ; 2 queen beds + Dbl Futon in Loft plus Bunkie which
sleeps max 3. The Bunkie is beautifully located right on the waters edge. The house is approx. 1800sq ft. and is only six years new with all the modern facilities.

The Tree-House Cottage is fully equipped to a high standard and includes satellite TV and DVD systems, a CD stereo system, full laundry facilities and a dishwasher.
Please note that bed linens and towels are not supplied. Our guests also have full use of our canoe, together with 2 adult and 2 children's-size personal flotation devices
and all mandatory safety equipment.

The cottage has an western facing upper deck overlooking the lake (great sunsets), which is accessed from the diningroom area and a lower walkout and deck accessed
from the den room. The upper deck houses a gas-fired BBQ and patio furniture for those warm sunny days and balmy evenings sitting under a canopy of stars. In
addition, there is a dock with entry into the lake. The lake is good for swimming with shallow rocky entry and gradually increasing depth.

There is a rock ridge in front of the dock where the rocks lie just under the surface, gradually becoming sandy. The water is approximately 5 feet in depth off the far end of
the dock. It is fairly shallow and not recommend for diving, however able to accommodate boat docking. Bryson's Marina is located on the lake with full launch/gas
facilities. There is a small fresh water stream located 10 feet from the dock - known for its great fishing and loon sightings.
