“We had a fantastic
time whilst at your Tree House Cottage. From the moment we arrived
in Haliburton, everything was perfection. Your cottage is very
welcoming and has a great character about it, we also found it
to be in excellent condition and couldn't say enough of the wonderful
location.
Our son arrived with
a little trepidation towards the lake, however by the start of
our second day and with the aid of one of your life jackets he
was jumping in off the decking and continued to swim and dive
every day of the holiday - even in the rain!!
Personally
our own memories will recall the many late hours we spent on the
decking around the fire watching the sun go down and listening
to the eerie call of the loons late into the night. Priceless!!”

"From
the day I sent my email enquiry to Annika to the day we returned
home, you made it so easy for us and coming from the UK. It is
always a worry when you book holidays through the internet especially
when your travelling so far, but there was no need for me to worry
the cottage was everything and more than we could have ever imagined.
The
cottage was situated alongside the beautiful lake which had frozen
over from all the snow, absolutely breathtaking. Definitely picture
postcard views.
Our 13 year
old daughter loved it, she went outside every morning to clear
the snow, and made several snow men. The house had everything
in it to keep her amused. And the cottage, well what can i say.
Spotless, spacious and very homely had everything in it you could
possible want. Christmas
was so special and a christmas we will never forget, with our
real christmas tree, log fire burning, the picturess views
what more could you ask for.
Thank
you Annika and Mark for making this the best Christmas we could
have have imagined and look forward to speaking with you soon
when we book our holiday for next year, can't wait to see what
it is like in the summer."

this one offered more amenities – you thought of everything!
New dishes/cutlery/pots, comfortable outdoor furniture, new dock,
satellite, BBQ, dishwasher, stereo, DVD, etc. It was very comfortable
cottage – it had everything you could want but still felt
like a cottage!"

"After the hustle and bustle of preparing
for a wedding, the cottage was a perfect retreat for us to relax
and reconnect with each other. It was a wonderful escape into
nature with all the comforts of home. The cottage is beautifully
appointed to capture the feeling of a country home. It is very
clean and tidy, and fully equipped as a home. As frequent travellers,
we have high expectations of the places at which we choose to
stay, and the cottage met and exceeded all of our expectations.
The property afforded us all the privacy we needed,
but also kept us close to both towns and other nearby attractions.
The lake is beautiful and is a home to a variety of wildlife.
The lake is also a great size - not too large to feel overwhelmed
by it, but large enough to more than accommodate all the cottagers
without feeling cramped."
